Emma Update

In preparation for Emma starting school, we decided to get her vision and hearing checked.  What we found out was that Emma's hearing is fine, but she has a slight astigmatism in each eye and will need glasses.  We took her to Visionworks, and of course she had to have purple frames.  I think she made her Momma proud when she chose the Vera Bradley design!  It will be an adjustment, but we are glad we got it straightened out before she started school.

13 Years Married

Love last a lifetime, but it also grows in leaps and bounds. We are one of the lucky couples who God allowed to meet at such a young age in order for us to grow together and bond together through the various stages of life that most individuals go through independently. At the young ages of 12 and 16 we started our first tender steps into what would become a love of a lifetime. We are so blessed in many ways and are thankful for the past 13 years of marriage and the past 21 years of growing together, guiding one another, being each others anchor, and always finding the love and compassion for each other that helps to build and maintain a long lasting relationship.

We pray that God continues to bless our marriage and family and that we enjoy and celebrate the gift given to us each and every year for the rest of our lives.

21 years together

Brandie and I started dating 21 years ago today.  This picture was taken a few days later.  Who knew how prophetic the words would be!  We are headed to Grand Casino Coushatta for the weekend to celebrate, and will have a nice dinner on Monday to celebrate 13 years of marriage!

Emma's Babies

Emma has embraced the matching nightgowns with her babies. She has all three of these babies with her in bed every night. She even has us babysit for her. Recently Poppa bought her three bottles for the babies and she had to teach us how to feed and hold her babies.
