Today Emma turned 6 years old. It is hard to believe that she has been in our lives so long; most of the time it still seems like she is our little girl, but she is becoming more and more independent and strives to show her originality. We have been celebrating her birthday all weekend. Saturday we had her party, which was a huge success. Yesterday we took the girls to the zoo and to a movie to continue the celebration. Today, we went to Texas Roadhouse for dinner, as per Emma's request (she likes the peanuts.) The staff helped her celebrate by bringing out a saddle for her to sit on while the restaurant gave her a "Yee haw!" She raised her hand in the air like a bull rider and giggled the whole time! Also, if your couldn't tell from the picture, she lost her 3rd tooth yesterday as well. She is our rambunctious, loving, helpful, funny, easygoing, 6 year old. We love you sweetie!
