We officially have a Kindergarten graduate! Emma had her ceremony on Tuesday. She came out with her class and performed a few songs, and then took the stage to get her diploma from the principal. She then took some photos with her teacher Mrs. Murray, Uncle Eric and Poppa, and of course a very proud Mommy and Daddy!
Today we celebrated the best Mommy in the world! Brandie received flowers, a blinged out visor, a scented candle, and homemade cards and gifts from school. She also received some candles with drawing from the girls on them and concert tickets to see Sam Smith.
She was also treated to a Mexican breakfast, homemade potato soup for lunch, and Chicken feta bowtie pasta and toasted ravioli with chocolate cake for dinner. She is worth much more, but spending quality time as a family was the top priority for the day, and she was very happy!
I celebrate today being Momma to two beautiful little girls that God blessed me with.
I am extremely thankful and grateful that I get to be the mom to these two sweet, smart, funny, loving, energetic, outgoing, little beauties.
I pray every day that I can be the best Momma I can be so that my girls have an environment of love, encouragement, and stability so that they can grow to be strong, independent, successful, young women in their own right. That they are able to walk life in God's grace and help to make this world a better place.
Two of my six sisters made it to Abby's birthday party. I love them very much. No matter how far apart we are or how often we are able to get together I know they are always there for me and I am always there for them.
I am very thankful for all the notes and treats from students, administration, and staff. I am blessed to do something I enjoy.
I also want to thank my daughters' teachers for all they do for them. My girls have blossomed in their educational setting both academically and socially. We look forward to many more experiences with great teachers for our girls.
Our sweet baby turned 4 years old today! We celebrated by having dinner with Poppa, Uncle Eric, Aunt Lulu and her cousins. Of course, she had to have steak and mushrooms with a salad, and for dessert she had cheesecake! All of her favorites on her special day. She has grown up so much it is hard to believe she has turned four. She is a confident, sweet, sassy, rambunctious little girl who makes our hearts smile.
We had Abby's 4th birthday party yesterday, and it turned out great! She is really into My Little Pony right now, so of course that had to be the theme. She had family and friends all come out to celebrate a play with volleyballs, basketballs, games, and a pinata. She appreciates everyone who came out to celebrate, especially Uncle Eric for helping with the decorations, Poppa for acting as chauffeur, and Cesily, Jason, and Townes and Aunt Crystal and Sidney for coming in from out of town to celebrate her special day.
