Zoo Visit

Go Texan Day

Our beautiful cowgirls!

Valentine's Day

The girls wore different outfits through Valentine's week.  We are glad they get so excited to celebrate the different holidays!

Valentine's Boxes

The girls chose their own design for their boxes they took to school for their Valentine's parties.  Emma wanted a heart theme, while Abby chose a castle theme.  They helped me put them together and were really excited!

Bed Store

We went mattress shopping.  We went to one place that manufactured their own mattresses, and they wanted to prove they strength of their coils, so they let the girls bounce on the innerspring layer.  Impressive!

Abby the Lion

Abby wanted to dress us to surprise Emma when she got home.  What she didn't tell me was that she was going to get into her Mommy's makeup an decorate her face.  She said she wanted to be a scary tiger.  Looks like she nailed it!

Abby's Children's Museum Field Trip

Howdy Cowgirls!

The girls decided they needed some new cowboy boots.  They both decided on a matching pair and have been wearing them everywhere!

Cooking Class

Emma and Abby attended a cooking class over the weekend.  They each made the treats you see above.  It was perfect timing, as they brought them home to eat during our Super Bowl meal!

Family Math Night

Tonight Barbers Hill Kindergarten Center hosted their Family Math Night event.  The school set up different stations for the kids with different activities set up at each one.  Activities included sorting by colors and shape, finding numbers before and after a given number, measuring objects, and number order, just to name a few.  The girls were very excited to take part in the activities and had a really good time.  It is nice that the school district puts together these types of events to help the kids stay interested in education and making it fun!
