The Healing Love of a Sister
Abby came home from day care Friday 10/12 unknowing to us she was sick with a serious virus. It really kicked in on Sunday 10/14. With a trip her doctor Monday we discovered it was a virus and her doctor put us on guard to watch for seizures. She had a fever for two days and God blessed us without any seizure activity. In the pictures above you will see the loving and devoted relationship between my two precious girls.

Wonderful Place Called Work
I wanted to share with all I could all the wonderful things going on at my campus. We have a wonderful staff who create these interactive displays for our students to display their work. Our students are super special and each one talented in their own way. We try our best to make learning relevant to their everyday life, so you will even see us bring in the holidays that we celebrate and relate it to what they are learning about. Hope you enjoy and get some ideas of your own to create those awesome activities for your students.

Emma and her Necklaces
Emma loves to play dress up. She has some storage bins full of necklaces, tiaras, and scepters. Today, she got decked out and come to Brandie and said, "Momma, take my picture!" This is a far cry from just a year ago, when it seemed impossible to get her to pose for the camera. This time, she ended up with some great shots!

Fall Findings
Emma's outfit to wear to school on Halloween.
Abigail's outfit to wear to school on Halloween.
I always dress the girls up for Halloween. It is usually a bow with a cute shirt. This year we had a hard time finding something in the stores, so I was looking for an iron on applique and was still unhappy in my search. Ray told me to let him look for something and he found the two adorable outfits above! I can't wait for the girls to dress up in them so we can take pictures.

We are really excited about the multiple Pumpkin Patches we have to select from in this area. Our girls are going to look super cute wearing these adorable shirts for their Fall pictures. These shirts are from a new store that we discovered since moving back to the Houston area.
The Girls Halloween Costumes
I added rhinestones and two types of ribbons.
I added rhinestones and ribbon to the top and waist.
I added ribbon and rhinestones.
Trick or Treat purses from Nana and Poppa.
added the bow, ribbon, and rhinestones.

Added the ribbon trim, bow, and rhinestones.
Ray picked out the girls outfits for Halloween and it is very surprising that he picked an outfit that they get to match. I added the ribbon and rhinestones... every little girl deserves to shine. The added plus is that the rhinestones will serve as reflectors in the dark hours of our Halloween festivities. I love getting ready for Halloween.
